1. Begin the decluttering
You want to be sure that everything you’re moving into your new home is everything you want and need. This is a great time to search through all your nooks and crannies, and forgotten spaces like the attic and garage. By filtering through what you don’t want to bring into your new home, you’ll have less to pack and the unpacking will be much simpler! 2. Measure doorways and furniture

3. Make plans for children and pets
